Hi there!
My name is Rukman and I’m a Fashion Management student and a personal style blogger. My blog is called Live-Love-Dressup. And, I’m really exited to be doing a guest post for the lovely Anushkha and Bombay Bubble while she is away in beautiful Barcelona!
I thought of doing something a little different for this post, and thought it would be fun and challenging to style a wardrobe basic in 3 different ways to get 3 completely distinct looks!
I’ve chosen the one piece of clothing that is a staple in everyone’s summer wardrobe; a classic white button down shirt. Here goes!
Look 1
I kept the first look classic and chic with the shirt tucked into a beige linen high waist skirt and cinched at the waist with a wide belt. The camel heels keep the look understated and the skin-tone type colour helps your peeps look longer
Look 2
There’s nothing like some bright colours to cheer you up on a hot summer afternoon. I love long, flowy skirts and adding an ethinic touch to this look with the kolahpuri slippers and the mirrored belt made it a lot more fun to wear.
Look 3
I couldn’t not wear a crisp white shirt with a classic pair of blue denims! By playing around with the accessories a little I felt this look could work well for both day and night. Keeping the look minimalistic with the black peep-toes and black belt, I couldn’t resist adding one statement accessory; the gold cuff!
I really hope you guys enjoyed the post as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
It would be great to see some more ways in which you would like to style a simple white shirt.
A big thank you to Anushkha for inviting me to do this guest post, I had such a nice time!
Thanks for stopping by,
Love,
Rukman

I like how you played it safe with the classic blue jeans and white shirt, but also played around a little with the colorful long skirt. Although, I must say that the purse in the first picture is my least favorite piece of article. Besides that, good job !
I love the skirt in the second pic!
wow! awesome! really liked the way u presented three diff looks with the same shirt.. its a nice way to broaden the wardrobe with the minimalistic! thanks
